Log a support ticket
Are you experiencing issues with you favourite gun? Has it failed in game? Email us now and we will organise free collection to repair your RIF. At each stage you will receive updates from our experienced technicians and upon completion it will be returned free of charge.
How to log your support tickets and the repairs process:
1) Click the 'Support' or '?' popup at the bottom of the screen.
2) Report the issue.
3) An agent will be assigned, open the support ticket and organise your collection.
4) Upon arrival your RIF will be assigned to a technician.
5) The technician will diagnose the fault, log the works carried out and parts used to complete the repair.
6) Upon completion your RIF will be dispatched via Yodel 24 hour service to your preferred address with an hour delivery slot.
7) Your support ticket will be closed and details from your technician available via your account on the website. Updates will be sent throughout via email.
